THE PROCESS - IN SHORT

Whether it's a pure Search task we perform or if we agree on a total recruitment, it is a combination of the following considerations and elements that are included in the process:

You – as the client – determine the type of hire you need. Our responsibility is then to gain as much knowledge as possible about your organization, and then to search for candidates who can, want, and have the potential for the journey your company is embarking on. In some cases, this may mean that we need to speak with potential colleagues and be fully updated on what the success criteria are for each position.

The first talk takes place with us, and only when we are sure that the candidate is willing, able, and interested in the job, are they presented to you. Along the way in the process, it may mean that we need more than one interview before we are sure that we can put the candidate on a short-list.

Likewise, we ensure open dialogue with the hiring manager, and will along the way have a talk with them about our thoughts on the process, and also discuss the candidates we believe could be the right fit.

NWhen we feel confident that we have found the right field for presentation, the company will receive a CV and our description of each candidate's potential and strengths, but also where there are possible “gaps” that need to be worked on.

Then a date for presentation at our office or at the company is arranged. You will be presented with 1-3 candidates, and all are ready and prepared, for the salary level and the future in general.

After the presentation, the company decides whether to conduct personality tests or cases for the candidates, and it is agreed individually for each company which test systems to use.

Once any tests are completed, it is the company that solely decides which candidates should be invited for a second interview, just as it is the company that decides who should be offered employment.
